What to expect on a Sunday
We’re a diverse family from many nations, and people from all walks of life worship here. Our worship gathering includes singing, prayer, and a message from the Bible, because we believe God has something to say to you. The service runs about an hour and a half, from 11:00 AM to around 12:30 PM. As for what to wear, come in whatever you’re comfortable in.
New here? Our welcoming team will be glad to meet you when you come in. We’d love to get to know you, so please fill out a connect card and drop it in the offering plate or in the offering box at the back of the sanctuary.
Kids
Kids matter to God, and they matter to us! During the 11:00 AM service, your kids start out in the sanctuary with you. They are dismissed to Children’s Church at the start of the message, and you can pick them up right after the service. We offer a nursery for infants through 4 years old, and Children’s Church for ages 5 to 11.
On Thursdays during the school year, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, our Awana clubs meet for singing, Bible lessons, Scripture memory, and games: Cubbies (ages 3-5), Sparks (K-2nd grade), and TNT (3rd-6th grade). Pick-up and drop-off are available for parents without cars. Just let us know when you register.
Parking and accessibility
Parking is easy and free. Our church lot is open to guests, so park anywhere you like. Handicap parking is available too. Our main entrance is on the southeast side of the building, right off Northwest Highway, facing the middle of the parking lot. Our building is wheelchair accessible, with ramps both outside and inside the church. If you have questions about getting here or getting around, call us at (847) 692-6101 and we’ll be happy to help.
Close Communities
Want to get to know people? Close Communities are small groups that meet Sundays at 9:45 AM, before worship. They’re a place to dig into God’s Word, pray for one another, and find people walking similar steps in life. Each group is led by someone just like you, who wants you to feel at home.
